JEDDAH: Saudi Arabia will host the sixth Hajj Conference and Exhibition in Jeddah from November 8 to 11, 2026, under the patronage of King Salman.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah is organizing the event with the Pilgrim Experience Programme, which is part of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 initiative. More than 520 public, private and nonprofit organizations from Saudi Arabia and abroad will take part.
The conference marks an early step in preparations for the 2027 Hajj season. It gives government officials, business leaders and pilgrim affairs offices a global platform to finalize contracts, discuss operational and regulatory frameworks, form partnerships and present new solutions.
The program runs on three main tracks. The first, Infrastructure and Operational Services, covers transportation, logistics, facilities management, hospitality, accommodations and catering.
The second, Enablement and Integration, deals with security, safety, health care, media, communications and technology. The third, Sustainable Development, addresses the nonprofit sector, entrepreneurship, professional training and improvements to the pilgrim experience.
A specialized exhibition covering more than 67,000 square meters will run alongside the conference. It will host service providers and solutions from over 150 countries across aviation, infrastructure, healthcare, technology, investment and other sectors.
The agenda also includes specialized forums, panel discussions, workshops, roundtables and business matching sessions.
The previous edition drew more than 204,000 visitors and 270 exhibitors. The ministry is encouraging organizations, specialists and stakeholders to participate.
